These terms govern your use of cur8coins.com(the “site”) and any inquiries or transactions you direct to Curate Coins through it. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
About Curate Coins
Curate Coins is an online numismatic catalog operated by a private collector and dealer. This site is used to showcase our inventory and accept purchase inquiries directly from buyers.
Listing accuracy
We do our best to describe and photograph every coin accurately, including grade, mint state, surface condition, and provenance when known. Third-party graded coins (PCGS, NGC) carry the grading service’s own assessment, and we defer to those labels. Raw (ungraded) coins are described to the best of our ability but represent our opinion of the coin in hand. Photos are taken under studio lighting; minor color variation between screens is normal.
Returns and refunds
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, contact us at josh@cur8coins.com to initiate a return. Disputes about authenticity, grade, or condition are resolved by direct communication with Curate Coins.
Warranty
Coins are sold as-is. We do not provide any warranty beyond what is offered by the third-party graders (PCGS, NGC) for slabbed coins. Third-party grading guarantees remain with their issuing organization.
Pricing and availability
Prices displayed on this site are subject to change without notice and are not a binding offer to sell. Final price, availability, and shipping cost are confirmed at the time of purchase inquiry.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt or compromise the site, scrape it at volumes that interfere with normal use, or send unlawful or harassing content through the contact form. We may block users who do.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curate Coins is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or information presented on it. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the item.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
