Curate Coins (“we,” “us”) operates this website at cur8coins.com. We aim to collect as little personal information as possible, and only what is needed to respond to inquiries, send updates you have opted into, and operate this site. This page explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
Contact form. When you use the contact form on the homepage, your name, email address, and message are sent to josh@cur8coins.com so we can reply to you. We retain that email correspondence for the duration of our business relationship and as needed to comply with our obligations.
Email list (Buttondown). If you opt in to a newsletter or update list, your email address is stored with our email service provider, Buttondown, solely so we can send the messages you signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider maintains short-term technical logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) for security and reliability. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies on this site.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your inquiries, fulfill transactions you initiate directly with Curate Coins, and send you the updates you signed up for. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except as required to operate the services described above (for example, our email provider) or to comply with the law.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not currently set tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics or advertising pixels. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and clearly disclose what is collected.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your inquiry emails or remove you from the newsletter at any time by emailing josh@cur8coins.com. If you live in a jurisdiction with specific data-protection rights (such as GDPR or CCPA), you may also have the right to access or correct your information — the same email address handles those requests.

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on the homepage or by email to subscribers.
